* Add missing dependencies and android sdk tools
Add missing dependency packages for Arch and Ubuntu (Ubuntu renamed to "Debian / Ubuntu / Pop_OS") under "Server build"; Add subsection under "Client build" for installing android developer packages for various Linux flavors from upstream and adding Linux directory examples for environment variables.
* Add nv-codec-headers mention and further clarification for "Server build"
* Update Building-From-Source.md
Push changes, for editing later when needed.
* Cleanup the wiki and rename specific pages
