Under OpenBSD httpd.

If the user tries to browse to a directory that the currently-running instance of Dexter does not have filesystem permissions to read, then the request will crash to the Mojolicious dinosaur error screen.

Dexter is likely trying to serve a permission error page but is failing to do so, as in #3. Closing this issue.
